Citizen's Forced to resort to Violence

Citizen's are being forced to fight back with violence against City Councils,Township and county Boards that are robbing them of Constitutional Rights. As record numbers of unconstitutional ordinances are being passed and Courts turning deft ears, citizen's are turning more and more to violence as their last
resort.

One example is the Kirkwood, Missouri shooting spree at a City Council meeting that left five people dead and the
mayor fighting for his life.

Before he was shot to death by police, Thornton, 52, killed two policemen,
Tom Ballman and William Biggs; council members Michael H.T. Lynch and Connie Karr; and Director of Public Works Kenneth Yost. Mayor Mike Swoboda was hospitalized in critical condition with gunshot wounds, and a newspaper reporter
covering the meeting, Todd Smith of Suburban Journals, was in satisfactory condition. Charles Lee "Cookie" Thornton had a long history of fighting with city officials over a litany of code violations, fines and citations.

Sadly we can only look into our future and see more frequent and violent acts
to occur as citizens start to fight back in the only method left to them in a society where the Courts and System is driven by greed and a power hungry government willing to squash any constitutional right for their own gain.

Federal Government wants to give tax rebates, lower taxes and many other tax
abatements to avert the recession that we are in. What is Jennifer Granholm's
and the State of Michigan's stand?

Higher taxes on everything from gas,cigarettes,diesel fuel and anything
else they can think of.

Michigan Business Tax

New excessive penalty fees on everything

Higher fees for licenses

More restrictions on Business Licenses and Businesses

Every kind of new tax they can think of

Increase State Government size

Disregarding Constitution and Bill of rights

Local Governments stand is just as bad

Higher and new building permit fees

More and new Restrictions on Citizen's and businesses rights

Higher property taxes

Creating restrictive ordinances in record amounts

Totally disregarding Constitution and Bill of Rights

Courts

Excessive fines

Not upholding Constitution or Bill of Rights

Excessive penalties

Rubber stamping anything brought before them concerning government
restrictions

Added second penalty for infractions {pay for jail}

Turned Court system into a money generator instead of a Justice System

Sitting here listening to Hillary Clinton's campaign promises I hear the same empty rhetoric thats heard every campaign year, what I am going to do for you and what I have done. As usual it's say whatever the people want to hear to get elected and then do a complete reversal as usual. Sounds like the same old passing of gas from the other end that we've always heard and gotten used to! Wise up people and push the real issues of the Constitution and Bill of rights not the bullshit that being fed to you by empty headed politicians.

Granholms Destruction of Business

Effective immediately, any business that generates over $350,000 in business activity, will have to calculate its Michigan Business Tax liability and then add 22% to that bill. Over 60,000 businesses in this state will see their tax bill, the MBT, go up by 22%. Large corporations will get a break because the maximum liability on the surcharge will be capped at $6 million.

Mafia Wiped Out ?

Michigan House Democrats: Offering to Steal From States Families

Recently a two-percent tax on services was declared dead by the legislature, but the ransacking of the poor, elderly, and other fixed-income residents pocket-books didnt stop there. Michigan Democratic Speaker Andy Dillon couldnt get a tax-hike past the voters so he has turned his attention towards convincing Michigans energy suppliers to consent without a fight to a tax increase that can be directly passed onto customers as an additional fee to help make up for Michigans overspending. It's fairly common-sense that nearly every Michigan resident utilizes electricity, except for the ones that have already been disconnected for not being able to keep up on growing energy costs.

His suggested solutions, replacing the existing tax system with a national retail sales tax, replacing the existing Social Security retirement system with a personal security system, and replacing Medicare and Medicaid with a universal health-insurance system, all propose centralized micro-managed solutions for problems that a centralized and micro-managed economic system caused in the first place.
